The PV facility "La joya del sol" (2 MW), placed in Fresno (California), is officially operative after a period of testing connection started on August, 2012. This project, developed by Gestamp Solar and with a strong support coming from the community of the Fresno County, counts with the participation of GPTech, which has provided PV outdoor inverters of 500 kW.

"La joya del sol" has been financiered by the Bank of America Merrill Lynch. It is one the two only projects within PG&E's FiT (feed in tariff) program that are already connected.
