GPTech participates in the XVI Forum Spain - Japan

GPTech has been present in the XVI Forum Spain – Japan, as well as in the following Workshop organized by the Spanish Industrial Technology Development Center (CDTI) together with the Japanese New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organización (NEDO).

This event has taken place in the cities of Keidanren and Kawasaki, from 3rd to 4th of November. It was inaugurated by the Head of the Spanish Goverment, Mariano Rajoy, and the Japanese Foreign Affairs Minister, Fumio Kishida, among other authorities. 

Juan Manuel Carrasco, GPTech’s President, has been the one in charge of representing the company. He has presented GPTech’s development in matters of power converter for high voltaje systems (FACTS) with the aim of enhancing grid stability and control. He also discoursed  about power converters for high voltage systems and high power for the transmission of electric power in DC (HVDC).

After the event, Carrasco showed great satisfaction because of the high interest produced by his presentation. GPTech fulfilled with the objective of having a direct contact with relevant Japanese actors in fields as power converters of high voltage for grid stability systems (FACTS) or high voltage systems for electric power transport.
